Deposit & Cancellation Policy

A deposit is required to secure all bookings.

• For all-inclusive packages, a $1,000 deposit per person is due at time of booking.
  For day charters, a deposit of 50% is due at the time of booking.
• Reservations are not finalized until the deposit has been received.
• The remaining balance is due 90 days prior to trip start or charter date.

Deposits and payments may be submitted by personal or cashier’s check made out to “Virgin Territory Charters”. Please mail to:

Please note: All card transactions require an additional 2.99% processing fee. ACH transfers are subject to a 1% processing fee.

If you need to cancel your trip, the following terms apply:

• 90+ days prior to trip start - refund amount paid minus deposit* 
• 60-89 days prior to trip start - 20% refund* 
• 59 days or less prior to trip start - no refund*

*If we are able to sell dates, then full amount paid refunded minus a $300 administrative fee per person.

All cancellations must be submitted in writing.

Requests to reschedule are subject to availability. Deposits may be applied to a future date of our discretion.

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unexpected cancellations, delays, or medical emergencies.

By submitting a deposit, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to this Deposit & Cancellation Policy.
