Deposit & Cancellation Policy

A deposit is required to secure all bookings.

• A $1,000 deposit per person is due at the time of booking.
• Reservations are not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
• The remaining balance is due 120 days prior to trip start date.

Deposits and payments may be submitted by personal or cashier’s check made out to “Virgin Territory Charters”. Please mail to:

If you wish to pay by card, please call (907) 738-5474 to connect with our team and submit payment information. All card transactions require an additional 3.5% processing fee. 

If you need to cancel your trip, the following terms apply:

• 120 days or more prior to trip start date: 100% refund
• 90-119 days prior to trip start date: 75% refund
• 60-89 days prior to trip start date: 50% refund
• 30-59 days prior to trip start date: 25% refund
• 29 days or less prior to trip start date or no-shows: 0% refund

All cancellations must be submitted in writing.

Requests to reschedule are subject to availability. Deposits may be applied to a future date of our discretion.

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unexpected cancellations, delays, or medical emergencies.

By submitting a deposit, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to this Deposit & Cancellation Policy.
